In this short meditation we explore what it means to have personal preferences, and see how this seemingly simple part of our lives is actually quite important to acknowledge and be aware of. Our preferences are a key part of our self-definition, and we will practice embracing our likes and dislikes, while also coming to terms with how its both valid to pursue our preferences, and also sometimes necessary to temporarily set them aside.
