Join us for this workshop where we will investigate trespasses/hurts (where we have hurt others and where we have been hurt by others) that are unresolved, bring attention to them, soothe them, and start releasing them. This is a process which we won't force.

The intended outcome is to process unresolved hurt, gently, and with curiosity.

workshop Overview

This program is suitable for beginners to meditation and healing work.

This program will have an experiential focus on the process of forgiveness. We’ll spend over 50% of our time on guided meditations to help us process that which is unresolved and move, in a natural, unforced way towards forgiveness, release, and integration.

During the exercises, we’ll focus on both processing and forgiving others and ourselves. We’ll develop and deepen compassion towards self and other (the the extend we can). Importantly, we’ll give ourselves full permission to feel our suffering, validating any difficult emotions. We’ll also engage in perspective taking exercises which will help us release ourselves from blame and release others from blame when we are ready to do so – never rushing the process! We’ll also review insights and see how they will lighten the load going forward.

We’ll draw from:

  1. Coherence Therapy
  2. Ideal Parent Figure Protocol
  3. Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy
  4. Dan Brown’s work on Forgiveness

I hope that we’ll develop a sense of community together. As part of signing up you’ll be invited to the Attachment Repair Slack Group.

We will send out recordings to everyone who signs up. But it is highly recommended to attend live because we will be pairing up participants to do dyad-work.

Miscellaneous Notes

There will be time for Q&A and spot coaching during the live event. The Q&A recording will not be made available thereafter. If you do not attend live, you will not have access to the Q&A.

We will be doing deep work. For that reason please feel free to take a break at any point.
