Join us for this workshop where we will discuss how often our most core psychological problems are not generally known to us (othewise they, generally, would have resolved, already!). Then we'll do a series of gentle guided meditations that both respect the tenderness of what we don't want to see, and start moving towards understanding the issue. Then, we'll start to heal these issues that are core, yet also hidden, and often unspeakable.
The intended outcome is to equip you with a a better understanding of what is unseen/unthinkable in your personal case and a series guided visualization meditations to help you discover and heal these issues. .
This program is for people who have insecure attachment and still feel stuck, and you don't know why you feel stuck.

This program is not psychotherapy or a substitute for it. It is a psycho-educational and meditation program. Additionally, it is helpful and recommended to do psychotherapy in parallel with this type of program.
This program is suitable for beginners to meditation and healing work.
Most of the time when we start the path of healing our own psychology, we don’t know or understand what the actual issue is (what is unspeakable/unthinkable). Rather, we work on what seems safer and more known. This is nearly universal to people in psychotherapy, in my opinion. (This concept is drawn from the Dynamic Maturational Model of Attachment and Adaptation developed by Patricia Crittenden and others)
The purpose of this workshop is to:
Psycho-education Part (what to understand)
Please note there will be no expectation to share your issue during the workshop. Everyone is in total control of what they do and don’t choose to share during the Q&A period.
Guided Meditations (experiential)
