Overview
This program is a series of guided chairwork meditations for giving voice to our disowned parts and integrating them.
You will be guided in discovering the parts of yourself that are based on old and deeply rooted emotional learnings. You’ll question them and get to know them.
The goal is to get to know your parts and cultivate a state of deeper integration where unhelpful old lessons can be let go, usually effortlessly.
This program is for you if:
- you experience inner conflict
- you want to understand or break patterns in your life
- you have tried other healing modalities with disappointing results
- past traumas are holding you back
- you want to improve your ability to emotionally regulate and stay centred under stress
These meditations were partially inspired in the process of running our regular Attachment Bookclub.
