Basic Course Description
Rejection, real or perceived, can often be more damaging than outright abuse. This course will give you the tools to process and integrate memories and experiences of rejection as well as the expectation of rejection. We will work to heal the ways they continue to affect us, setting in the past what is passed.
This is a Practice oriented course
Doing the work (meditations in this case) is what brings about the results. The learning content of the course is intended to guide and encourage the meditation practice which will bring about the desired healing.

After an introductory lectyre on Attachment, we will focus on guided meditations to first explore experiences of rejection and then repattern them.
