Join us for this workshop where we'll develop the capacity for sympathetic joy in formal meditation practice and then integrate it into the body and into daily life through visualization meditation
The intended outcome is to learn Sympathetic-Joy meditation. Mudita greases the wheels of life, making life sweeter and easier. We will practice in order to integrate sympathetic joy into our daily walking around life.
This program is for people who are interested in developing more friendliness towards self and other. You don't have to be a Buddhist to do this practice.
Who is this for?
- For anyone who wants to go from insecure to secure attachment.
- Suitable for anyone new to attachment-work, or is already experienced.
- People with Insecure Attachment.
- For anyone who is willing to do the work to get results

There will be 3 sessions of 60 minutes each, for 5 hours total.

This program is suitable for beginners to meditation and healing work.
In this half day meditation workshop we will firstly cultivate the capacity to feel joy. Secondly, we will work to integrate joy into the body and mind with transformation of our every day life as our goal.

- Traditional Sympathetic Joy Meditation
- Inhabiting Joy: Joy in the body
- Experiencing being the Cause of Joy for others (Perfect Nurturers Reinforcement Meditation).
- Internalizing the Delight of Others in order to Develop Better Self-Esteem and Moving Through Life Anticipating that Others find us Delightful
- Joy as a means of Cherishing Others more: Practicing Delight in others as a means to Deepen Peer-to-Peer Relationships, work through Social Anxiety and Lessen the Sense of Social Isolation.
- Developing Self-Esteem due to our own Positive Qualities.
- Developing “Uncaused” and “Unconditional” Self-Esteem
- Schema Repatterning Meditation on Low Self-Esteem
This Course uses an Evidence Based modality
The techniques and methods in this course are very similar to those used in the Attachment Theory & Repair 2022 Course, in which participants' perceived security and felt safeness improved by 33% and 61% respectively, and their feelings of anxiety and depression lessened.
